In the MUM network we are developing a Bible study that features perspectives from young asylum-seekers/refugees and how they've seen God with them on their journey. This submission was shared with us by a young asylum-seeking friend in Italy as he reflected on Psalm 23. Click the image below to enlarge and read.
Our network, www.refugeeconnect.com/Unaccompanied-Minors, offers this blog to share stories and art from unaccompanied asylum-seeking/refugee youth. The blog name conveys that if we care about the stories and creativity of these youth, they will not be alone. It also represents our belief that God is accessible to all of us. The Bible shares many examples of God with the refugee - even becoming one Himself. May this encourage our young friends as they seek hope and help for their futures.
